Community Layout and Other Information
> The community is a collection of 11 similar homes oriented roughly SE or SW in two rows as shown.
> The pool, TIKI hut, docks, deck chairs, and beach are shared by all homes and is located right on Cudjoe Bay next to the docks and marina.
> Dock space is available for 11 boats up to 25 ft in length each, which is one per home.
> Boats up to 17 ft are welcome to use the drive-on docks.
> Trailers, with or without boats are not permitted to be kept onsite except for the morning after arrival and the afternoon before departure, if necessary. (Space is limited!)
